In 2018, I established Spain Sober Living following the heartbreaking loss of a loved one to substance use disorder and mental illness. With decades of experience in the mental health field, I was driven by my expertise and dedication to serve this community more effectively. Spain Sober Living allows me to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, recognizing that everyone faces challenges, and to support those who seek to transform their lives for the better. As a member of the board of directors at Austin TAAP, I have a unique vantage point on the recovery landscape in Austin, Texas. I work closely with other owners, facilities, and detox centers to create a program that can adapt to each person's individual recovery journey.
